- Build and Lead a customer service team in the USA.
- Manage customer service and be of support to global clients.
- You will serve as a liaison between the companies in both America & Australia.
- Co-ordinate with the technical support manager.
- Carry out operational tasks to run the office day to day
- Respond to incoming inquiries and/or requests regarding services
- Taking inbound calls
- Data Entry and processing
The Ideal candidate will have……
- Fluent English
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, and ideally a thorough understanding of Online Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Well organized, with an attention to detail.
